Who We Are
Bayside Company is a marketing and branding consultant company in Japan. Offices are located in Yokohama and Tokyo. Our services cover from marketing/branding consultation, marketing seminars and training, on-line communication development, and marketing/media representative office role. We can also recruit talented people for you to employ. Bayside Company has developed an international network since its beginning in 2004.
Shuhei Oshio, President and founder of the company, has worked for various global consumer goods companies as a marketing head as well as an account director of advertising agencies such as Kraft, Spalding, Braun, Philips, ADK, I&S BBDO and Standard Advertising. He has succeeded in a number of new product launch projects and Japanese market special missions.
